Hey folks, this is the first episode of AI tools I love, and I wanna talk to you about the AI that organizes my email. That's right, so when I get up in the morning and I'm ready to check my emails, I go in and what I see in the beginning of my inbox is just the most important emails. The emails from my customers, the emails from my family members, the top emails are, in my main inbox. And what I use to organize other emails is something called Sane Box, S-A-N-E-B-O-X, keeping me sane. You can try it out at yourairoadmap.com slash sane, S-A-N-E. And what it does is it actually takes my user behavior about putting things into different folders that it immediately puts. emails of those domains. If you can hear Luna yawning on the side here, she decided to join me for this episode. But my emails get sent to different folders and you actually can choose which folders you want. They're really, really cool. So for example, folders that I use today, let me open this up. I guess you can't see this, probably a good idea. You're not gonna see my inbox. I have a sane archive, sane follow-ups. So emails that I really wanna follow up with. I'm saying later, saying news. So like different newsletters that I'm subscribed to and so forth. All of those other things that I'm subscribed to like watching some of my favorite oat brands or newsletters that I really care about are all filtered away in those folders. And I think what's really cool about this is it saves me a lot of time, even sends me like digest of like, we saved you four hours this week. We saved you seven hours this week of moving around manually. emails in your inbox because how much time do we spend with email? If you're like me, I spend a significant time email and those are some of most important emails with my customers. These are not insignificant emails that you know opportunities that have changed my life. So email is a crucial thing. You might say hey AI reading your emails? Dun dun dun. But the truth of the matter is is that sane box actually doesn't look at the contents of my emails. it simply looks at the user behavior of how I interact with emails and putting them in different folders. So when you train it, it'll say, did you mean to go to that one? Are you sure? And it'll ask me, it'll prompt me, did you mean to send this one? Is this a newsletter or does this go to your main inbox regularly? So in that way, you can check out their privacy stuff. It's quite robust and so forth. So when you're thinking about a tool, that could help you save many, hours a day. This is one that I use and love. Other features that totally exist but I don't always use include the sane black hole. It'll put it in your trash, which is great. my current subscription works with two different emails. So if you're like, hey, I have this one email and this other email, you can use sane box for multiple. You can make your own types of folders. Maybe you have your volleyball team sends you a huge amount of emails. You can make a folder just for the volleyball team. And when you're ready to look at those emails, you head over there. It's almost like your own personal assistant doing that work. Super cool. What else do I really like about this? know, sane box is relatively ugly. Like if I'm looking at their dashboard and it's like this blue and white kind of clunky looking thing, but it's so nice because as my behavior changes or as I send in for a new newsletter or my bank accidentally, that message goes into my main inbox, even though it's just a regular update email. I'm like, no, actually please send it to this other folder. I can retrain it at any time, which is super awesome. So if you would like your... email inbox to be a little more organized, or you also think it could save you four to seven hours a week. You know, that's, yeah, that's a whole lot of time. You could be doing something completely different, like cuddling your dog and drinking coffee, which is what I love to do. Then maybe you want to try out SaneBox. So again, you can go to yourairoadmap.com / Sane, S-A-N-E, and would love to hear your feedback about what you think of the tool, but. I've been really, really loving it. It's a year subscription. I think the current subscription amount is about 100 bucks a year. 100 bucks a year to save me four hours a week. Fiscally, makes a lot of sense to me. So try it out, give me feedback, and this was the first AI tools I love. Cheers. Oh gosh, was that fun. Did you enjoy that episode as much as I did?
